📱 About Mous
We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver.
For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we’ve built world-class in-house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance-led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast-growing community around the brand.
From throwing phones off dams to launching category-defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world.
👨💻 About the Role
We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Content Strategist to join our expanding team in the UK! This is a high ownership position designed for someone who wants to sit at the intersection of strategy, data, and creativity – and see their decisions translate directly into commercial impact.
You’ll act as the strategic bridge between Growth, Creative and Leadership – owning how we understand what content works, why it works and how that insight shapes out immediate campaigns and long-term brand strategy.
This role sits at the heart of one of Mous’ most important growth levers – how content drives measurable, scalable revenue. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a high-impact team and take on broader ownership as the function and business grow.
You’ll work directly with the CMO, with exposure to senior leadership and real influence over budget, priorities and direction. There is huge opportunity in this role, with the possibility to become a future leader at Mous.
👋 About You
As a Content Strategist at Mous, you’ll be acting as the owner of our content intelligence layer, work collaboratively across both our Growth, Creative and Data teams, and report directly to our CMO.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and play a crucial role in one of the most important aspects of our business: creating world-class content that drives performance marketing.

Own content performance strategy: Build and maintain a clear, structured view of what content works, why it works, and how it should evolve.
Generate winning ideas: Come up with and develop ideas for content that drives performance. This could include anything from developing concepts to script writing.
Lead insight sessions and workshops: Run regular sessions with Growth and Creative teams to turn performance data into actionable creative direction.
Shape short- and long-term content direction: Influence both weekly campaign decisions and long-range brand storytelling.
Partner with the CMO on strategic priorities: Support decision-making around investment, focus areas, and scaling opportunities.
Drive performance marketing efficiency: Act as a key owner of one of the business’s most important cost and growth lines-paid media.
Create repeatable frameworks: Develop playbooks, dashboards, and processes that help teams consistently produce high-performing content.
Cross-functional alignment: Ensure Growth, Creative, and Leadership are working from the same strategic understanding of content performance.
