šØāš» About the Role
Weāre excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior Content Creator to join our growing UK team! As we continue to expand our product ranges and creative output, weāre looking for an ambitious and creative individual to support the creation of world-class content and advertising campaigns.
Youāll work closely with our Content Creators, to film, edit and deliver engaging paid and organic content that fuels growth across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who lives and breathes short-form content, is obsessed with what performs online, and wants to learn from one of the most creative D2C brands around.
š About You
As a Junior Content Creator at Mous, youāll collaborate with our wider Content team. Youāll play a vital role in shaping the creative direction of our content, supporting the execution of campaigns, and helping grow new funnels for key product categories.
This role is ideal for someone whoās hands-on, self-motivated, and passionate about creating content that converts. Youāll have the autonomy to test your ideas, the resources to execute them, and the chance to grow into a top-class content creator.
š Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and editing of engaging short-form video content for organic and paid channels.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop new content ideas and campaigns.
- Film and capture high-quality content aligned with Mousā brand and performance goals.
- Contribute to the ownership and growth of our organic social channels.
- Continuously test, learn and optimise creative to drive performance and profitability.

- Growth of new, profitable content funnels for key product categories.
- Increased engagement and performance across organic social channels.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand content that drives measurable marketing results.
- Mastery of Mousā brand voice, creative process and performance-driven marketing approach
š¤Skills Requirements:
Must-haves:
- Confident video editor (Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve or similar).
- Comfortable operating a camera and capturing dynamic content, and a strong knowledge of composition.
- Clear understanding of short-form content formats and storytelling techniques.
- Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and how content drives conversion.
Nice-to-haves:
- Other Adobe Suite knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
- Photography skills
- Experience with After Effects and Motion Design.
- Experience working on branded shoots or content for social media.
Soft Skills:
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Creative eye and strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and great communicator.
- Autonomous worker able to prioritise effectively.
- Takes ownership of outcomes and learns quickly from testing.

We have a hybrid approach to working at Mous so our team can have flexibility during the week, and we can retain the collaborative and vibrant Mous culture that people love. We expect people to come into the office at least three days a week but some teams opt for more as itās beneficial for their workflow. Our office is in Hoxton and there are regular on-site activities (e.g. happy hours, painting classes, yoga on the roof etc.).
