👨💻 About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent & Office Coordinator to help us recruit exceptional people, set them up for success and ensure our London office is a brilliant place to work. You’ll play a key role in helping Mous scale by sourcing and attracting top talent, supporting a thoughtful hiring process, and managing the daily operations of our workspace. From a candidate’s first interaction with the business to their first day in the office, you’ll help shape a seamless, positive experience that reflects who we are.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who’s passionate about building a business through incredible people and culture, and excited to learn and grow in a high-performing, fast-paced environment. You'll report into the Business Operations Lead and work closely with the Brand & People team as well as hiring managers accross the business.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
• Proactively source, headhunt, and engage high-quality candidates across a wide range of roles.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and team needs.
• Own the Mous careers site, ensuring it’s up-to-date and upholds our brand values
• Write compelling, on-brand job ads and ensure roles are promoted across the right channels.
• Manage the day-to-day recruitment process - from outreach and scheduling to candidate communication and feedback.
• Bring the Mous culture/brand to life for candidates through a thoughtful and engaging experience
• Screen for cultural alignment and our Future Leader Attributes - making sure everyone we hire is set up to thrive and we have a sufficient succession pipeline.
Office & Workplace Management
• Own the smooth day-to-day running of our London office - keeping it productive, welcoming, and inspiring.
• Own the day-to-day communications with our office co-working space
• Act as the go-to person for office supplies, deliveries, facilities, equipment, and admin.
• Set up new team members for success — setting up desks and delivering a great first day experience.
• Help organise team events, socials, and offsites.
• Spot opportunities to improve how we work and continuously elevate the Mous office experience.
• Help with the coordination and smooth running of projects within the

We have a hybrid approach to working at Mous so our team can have flexibility during the week, and we can retain the collaborative and vibrant Mous culture that people love. We expect people to come into the office at least three days a week but some teams opt for more as it’s beneficial for their workflow. Our office is in Hoxton and there are regular on-site activities (e.g. happy hours, painting classes, yoga on the roof etc.).
