About the Role
Mous is building a high-performing team in Pakistan, and weāre looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring locally and partner closely with our global People & Culture team.
This role is 100% focused on recruitment, from sourcing exceptional talent to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Youāll own end-to-end hiring for Pakistan across tech, commercial, and operational roles, and play a key role in shaping how Mous attracts top talent in a competitive market.
This position is based on-site at our Lahore office (Upper Mall), working MondayāThursday in office, Friday optional WFH, 10:00 AM ā 7:00 PM PKT.
Roles & Responsibilities.
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Own end-to-end recruitment for roles based in Pakistan, from intake calls to offer stage
Proactively source and headhunt high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach
Write and optimise job descriptions that attract the right talent, not just volume
Screen candidates rigorously, assessing skills, motivation, and culture alignment
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely, structured feedback
Manage offers, support contract preparation, and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding
Hiring Strategy & Employer Branding
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring roles
Advise hiring managers on market insights, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability
Improve Mousā employer brand in Pakistan through candidate experience and market presence
Track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness)
About You
Youāre someone who lives and breathes recruitment. You enjoy sourcing, speaking with candidates, and influencing hiring decisions not admin or office management. You are confident working with stakeholders, comfortable saying no when a candidate isnāt right, and motivated by quality over speed.
What Weāre Looking For
2ā4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Proven experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and direct outreach
Strong understanding of the Pakistan talent market
Excellent screening and interviewing skills
Clear, professional communicator with confidence when dealing with senior stakeholders
Highly organised and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Experience hiring for tech, e-commerce, or fast-growth companies is a strong plus
What This Role Is Not

This is not a junior coordinator role
