đšâđ» About the Role
This role sits at the heart of how we deliver product. Youâll be deeply involved in operational planning and execution across our Cases and Screen Protectors categories, giving you end-to-end visibility from materials and bill of materials (BOM) through to finished goods delivery.
Youâll partner closely with our factories and internal teams to keep production on track, maintain accurate ERP data, and ensure reliable delivery plans. Youâll balance the introduction of new products with ongoing mass production, support capacity and material planning, and turn data into practical, actionable insights.
Working at the centre of Engineering, Quality, Product, Supply Chain, and Operations, youâll play a key role in aligning priorities, identifying risks early, and keeping everything moving forward. Your analysis wonât sit in a spreadsheet, it will directly shape decisions and outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and seeing plans turn into shipped products.
đ About YouâŻ
You have 2â4 yearsâ experience in a manufacturing environment and understand how products move from raw materials to finished goods.
Youâre analytical, structured, and detail-oriented. Youâre comfortable working in ERP systems, manipulating data in Excel, and following up directly with suppliers to keep plans on track.
You take ownership, communicate transparently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
đKey Responsibilities:
Own operational planning for Cases & Screen Protectors
Track WIP and production progress across suppliers
Ensure on-time delivery against agreed schedules
Bridge suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintain ERP accuracy
Manage material inventory purchased directly by Mous
Support forecasting and capacity planning based on demand and constraints
Analyse production and inventory data to identify risks and improvements
Report clearly on timelines, risks, and trade-offs

Requirements:
Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
2â4 yearsâ experience in production planning, capacity planning, or inventory control within manufacturing
Strong understanding of Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and manufacturing critical path
Experience balancing capacity, timelines, and material availability
ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
Intermediate to advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas)
Experience with inventory methodologies (ABC, safety stock, SLOB management)
Familiarity with KPIs such as OTD, Inventory Turnover, Days of Supply
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Power BI dashboard experience
