👨💻 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to take full ownership of the company’s talent acquisition, labor compliance management, team building, and employee development. You will be the key partner to the Global Operations Team, in line with the People Department’s Strategy, responsible for building a high-performance team and supporting the company’s growth.

You are an experienced HR or Talent Acquisition professional who understands what great looks like across the full recruitment lifecycle, from shaping the brief through to securing and onboarding exceptional talent. You operate with structure and focus, bringing clarity and momentum to your work while remaining highly collaborative with leaders and stakeholders. Your ability to communicate with impact, ask insightful questions, and exercise strong judgment when assessing candidates sets you apart. You handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, earning trust easily. You are detail-oriented yet commercially aware, taking pride in raising the bar and building teams that genuinely elevate business performance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment, you bring both polish and pragmatism to everything you do.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Strategic Hiring
Lead proactive hiring, with a strong focus on headhunting and direct outreach.
Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Engage and convert high-calibre candidates by clearly articulating Mous’ vision and opportunity.
Own end-to-end recruitment delivery partnership with the Global People team.
Performance & Probation
Own probation processes, ensuring clear expectations, measurable objectives and timely reviews.
Partner with managers to set strong performance standards and address risks early.
Support high-quality execution of the broader performance cycle.
Development & Capability
Identify capability gaps and coordinate targeted development initiatives.
Support career pathways that drive engagement, retention and internal mobility.
Workplace Management
Act as the primary point of contact for office management, including liaison with building management, service providers, and vendors.
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Manage office supplies, inventory, seating arrangements, and general upkeep of the premises.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with local labour laws in collaboration with advisors and the central People team.

🤓Skills requirements:
We are looking for a candidate who combines deep local expertise with strong HR and talent acquisition skills.
Must-Have Background
Experience working in Dongguan / Pearl River Delta, ideally within a foreign-invested enterprise.
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or International Business.
English proficiency certifications such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, or CET-6 / TEM-8, or proven experience in an English working environment.
HR Scope
Talent Acquisition:
At least 5 years of experience specialising in talent acquisition, preferably for brands or contract manufacturers in high-tech accessories / electronics / manufacturing.
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and stabilisation for both office and factory roles.
Familiar with local talent pools, salary benchmarks, and recruitment channels (job sites, referrals, headhunters, campus programs).
Experience with talent mapping and closing critical positions.
Local Compliance & Legal Expertise:
Deep knowledge of PRC Labor Law, including employment contracts, social insurance, housing fund, working hours, overtime rules.
Experience handling layoffs, disputes, audits, work injury cases, and government inspections.
HRBP & Business Partner Mindset:
Understands recruitment and HR practices in the Dongguan market (technical, factory, office roles).
Experience building retention strategies, performance management frameworks, and talent development plans.
Experience aligning HR initiatives with business goals, including cost control, operational efficiency, and workforce stability.
Experience Supporting Senior Leadership:
Comfortable partnering with GMs and senior management to influence business decisions.
Nice-to-Have
National or industry-recognised HR certifications.
Legal / compliance certifications (e.g., PRC labor law, social insurance, factory compliance).
Additional HR credentials in payroll, compensation & benefits, training, or performance management.
