👨‍💻 About the Role
This is a logistics role based in Pakistan, supporting our day-to-day operations across B2C fulfilment; Amazon stock transfers; retail and B2B, including large accounts such as Google G-store. You'll raise and track Amazon transfers and B2B shipments end to end, own the daily reporting on 3PL performance, resolve operational and customer shipping issues as they arise, and support month-end stock movement and adjustment work across our systems.
You'll work most closely with our Logistics Assistant in Pakistan and our Logistics Executive in the UK, and cross-functionally with S&OP, retail/B2B, CX, Finance, as well as directly with our external 3PL partners. It's a broad remit with real ownership from the start: you'll get an end-to-end view of how a scaling e-commerce operation actually runs, at a point where the business is expanding fast following our EU warehouse launch. The role is a strong platform to grow into a wider operations remit as the function scales.
Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10am - 7pm PKT.
👋 About You
You're a good fit if you’re comfortable with data and confident in Excel, including XLOOKUP, IF statements and pivot tables, and you're accurate and consistent in detail-heavy work — reconciliation, labelling, ASNs and invoice validation leave little room for error. You're organised, proactive and able to prioritise sensibly when volume is high, and you communicate clearly and follow through without being chased, which matters when you're working across time zones and cultures with stakeholders in Pakistan, the UK, China, Poland, and the US. You solve problems rather than escalate them unfinished, and you adapt well in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with ERP, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or a WMS, or prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, 3PLs or a scale-up environment, would be an advantage, but we're just as interested in people with the aptitude and mindset to pick these up quickly.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Raise, track and follow through on Amazon transfers and B2B shipments, ensuring bookings, timelines and system records stay accurate from creation to delivery
Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, keeping records complete and accurate
Produce daily reports on 3PL performance, flagging exceptions and chasing resolution with the relevant provider
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues, including customer shipping queries escalated from CX, seeing each through to closure
Support end-of-month procedures, including replicating stock movements and adjustments across systems so figures reconcile cleanly between platforms
Provide timely, clear updates to stakeholders on shipment status, operational issues and 3PL performance
Work closely with the wider logistics team and cross-functionally with S&OP, retail/B2B, CX and Finance to keep information flowing in both directions
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for external 3PL partners
Provide support on ad-hoc logistics requests and projects as priorities shift
✔️ How will success be measured?
Amazon transfers and B2B shipments are raised, tracked and closed out on time without chasing, especially through product launch periods and traditional peak periods
Daily 3PL reporting is reliable enough that Logistics, S&OP and Retail treat it as the source of truth
Issues are surfaced early with a proposed fix, rather than escalated late or discovered by the customer
Month-end stock movements and adjustments reconcile cleanly across ERP, 3PL’s WMS/client portals and Seller Central with minimal correction cycles
Detail-heavy workflows (labelling, ASNs, invoice validation, landed cost allocation) run with a low and falling error rate
Stakeholders feel informed without having to ask, despite any time zone gaps
3PL partners see the person as a credible, responsive point of contact
By the end of year one, the core workload runs independently and at least one process has been improved or made more efficient
