📱 About Mous
We are Mous. (Pronounced mouse, not moose.) People deserve tech and lifestyle products that are fit for purpose, perform as promised, and empower them to be their best. That’s why we’re building the go-to brand for products that genuinely deliver.
For over 10 years, we’ve pushed product performance to its limits, designing from first principles, validating through real-world testing, and investing millions in R&D. In parallel, we’ve built world-class in-house marketing capabilities, creating highly engaging, performance-led content that proves what our products can do and resonates with a passionate, fast-growing community around the brand.
From throwing phones off dams to launching category-defining products, our ambition is simple: raise the standard of the industry and build one of the most effective consumer brands in the world.
👨‍💻 About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media across three core channels for a fast-growing consumer brand. You won't just execute someone else's strategy — you'll shape how it's run.
You'll take over hands-on management of our Meta, Google (Search, PMax and Demand Gen) and Amazon accounts, with a direct line into growth strategy alongside our Senior Growth Marketing Manager and visibility across our UK, US, EU and rest-of-world markets. You'll own reporting across these channels, identify and implement optimisation opportunities, and turn performance data into clear recommendations senior stakeholders can act on.
You'll also step straight into people management, mentoring our Junior Growth Executive, with room to build a bigger team as we grow. There's real scope to shape how our paid media function develops, and a clear path into more senior responsibility.
Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday–Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10am – 7pm PKT.
👋 About You
You're the kind of marketer who gets as much of a thrill from a clean data set as a killer creative concept. Numbers are your language — you're fluent in ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV and CAC, and you don't just report on performance, you use it to make sharp, commercially minded decisions.
Endlessly curious, you take ownership fast, communicate with clarity, and stay calm when priorities shift across multiple live channels at once. You spot problems and opportunities before anyone has to ask.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
Own execution across Meta, Google (Search, PMax and Demand Gen) and Amazon: campaign builds, launches and day-to-day management
Plan and deliver campaign activity for new product launches and sale events, working closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager on strategy and channel approach
Manage, mentor and train our Junior Growth Executive, with scope to grow the team further as we expand
Own reporting across these channels, tracking performance and communicating clear, actionable updates to senior stakeholders
Identify and implement optimisation opportunities across campaigns, audiences, bidding and creative
Support budget allocation and pacing across channels to hit ROAS targets as spend scales
Plan and run A/B tests across ad creative, copy and landing pages, working closely with our Creative and Web/Ecom teams
Analyse key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, CAC) and turn insight into action
✔️How will success be measured?
Full ownership of Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) and Amazon within your first quarter, with no dip in performance through the handover
Prior experience formally managing or mentoring someone junior
A reporting cadence senior stakeholders can rely on
Our Junior Growth Executive mentored to the point they're running day-to-day activity independently, freeing you up for more strategy and testing
🤓Skills and experience:
Hard skills:
2–4 years' hands-on experience running paid media campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, PMax and Demand Gen); Amazon Advertising experience preferred but not essential
Proven experience building and optimising campaigns end to end
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Power BI or similar reporting tool experience is a plus
Experience analysing performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, AOV, CAC) and turning them into clear recommendations
Soft skills:
A clear communicator who can flex between coaching a junior exec day-to-day and updating senior stakeholders with equal clarity
Comfortable taking ownership at pace
Adaptable and resilient, able to manage performance across multiple markets at once, each with its own customer behaviour and currency
Solutions-focused, and comfortable making decisions without being told to
Ambitious and driven, motivated by the chance to build ownership and grow into more senior responsibility
Nice to have:
Amazon Advertising experience
Shopify & GA4 experience
Power BI or similar reporting tool experience
Prior experience formally managing or mentoring someone junior
Background in a DTC, ecommerce/consumer tech brand, or an agency that specialises in DTC
Familiarity with A/B testing for creative or landing pages
